Project Scope: This project was in the heart of Washington D.C. This commercial space had a full gut renovation. We added twelve new offices to the floor. Our services included Demolition, Electrical, Ceiling Grid, Framing, HVAC, Carpet, Wall Coverings, Paint, Drywall, Doors & Hardware, and more. We provided all services and all materials were furnished by our logistics coordinator. The above slideshow shows before & afters photos from the same location. 

Concrete Repair

Project Scope: This old navy store project is in located in Tysons Virginia. A big section of the floor raised, causing a trip hazard. Our services included Demolition, Grinding, Epoxy Priming, and Pouring a Rapid Set High-Performance, Self-Leveling Topping. This project occured after hours, with store protection and a work zone area setup as needed.

Store DECOM & Demolition

Project Scope: This project was at a retail mall. This commercial space was relocating nearby. The space needed their technology and equipment shipped, delivered, or thrown away. Our services included Demolition, Electrical Removal, Drywall Repair, Safe Removal, VCT Floor Repair, Deep Cleaning, Paint, and Digital Sign Decom. We provided all services and all materials were furnished by our logistics coordinator. Project Scope: This project was at a commercial office business showroom space. The garage showroom space needed a bigger opening. Commericial Metal Doors Replacement

Project Scope: This project was conducted at an apartment building complex where the existing doors were causing operational challenges for janitorial staff. The original door frames, constructed of wood, had deteriorated over time, compromising their functionality. To address this issue, we installed all metal, two doors, frames, header, astragal, and all necessary hardware. The above slideshow shows before & after photos from the same location.

Ball Room Steel Doors Replacement

Project Scope: This project was conducted at an apartment building complex where the existing doors were causing operational challenges for event gatherers. The original metal frames had deteriorated over time and became uncontrollable. compromising there functionality. To address this issue, we installed new metal doors, kick down door stops, magnet catches,  and all necessary hardware. The above slideshow shows before & after photos from the same location.

Framing and Drywall Emergency Flood Repair

625 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster, MD 21157
Project Scope: This project took place at a commercial property in Westminster, Maryland, where approximately two feet of drywall—spanning fifty feet—had been removed by ServPro due to prior water damage. To restore the affected area, we installed new fiberglass insulation, re-drywalled the entire section, and completed all necessary finishing work, including taping, sanding, and painting. VCT Flood Replacement and Door Adjustment

5430 Wisconsin Ave, Chevy Chase, MD 20815
Project Scope: This project took place at a retail store in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase, Maryland, where flooding from an adjacent unit caused the existing VCT tiles to rot and require replacement. Our team removed the damaged flooring and installed new VCT tiles in the original color; however, due to age, a perfect match was not available. The bathroom door—critical for daily operations—also needed adjustment, so we trimmed it by a quarter inch to ensure smooth operation. To complete the work, we left our commercial drying fans in place over the weekend, fully drying the area and restoring the space to safe, functional condition.

Project Scope: This boutique clothing store project is in Bethesda Maryland. Our services included Electrical, Drywall Repair, Paint,  Floor Patching, and Furnishing and Installing Mirrors. The above slideshow is a walkthrough of the store on the day of its open house. 

Roofing Repair

Project Scope: This project, located in Bethesda for one of our commercial clients, involved targeted roof repairs following our inspection findings. Our scope included applying silicone sealant at the drip edges, coping joints, and other identified areas, as well as renewing and detailing the TPO membrane seams where necessary.

Cabinets and Countertops

Project Scope: This Bethesda commercial project included removing the existing cabinets, installing new upper and base cabinetry with new countertops, reconnecting the sink, relocating the fire alarm, and painting all walls (ceiling excluded). We also handled cabinet procurement through our authorized manufacturer/dealer and provided the supporting CAD drawings.

Exterior Door

Project Scope: This Bethesda commercial project involved removing the existing sidelights and glazing, installing a new exterior café entrance door, and integrating a low-voltage automatic door operator with ADA-compliant push-button controls to improve accessibility and entry flow.

Backwater Valve Retrofit 

Completed plumbing installation inside a managed retail commercial space in Vienna VA.

Project Scope: This Vienna, Virginia retail project involved installing a backwater valve with a new P-trap and connecting couplings to mitigate sewage odors associated with adjacent restaurant food waste systems.
